Is PRSXA really free?

Yes. Sign up with your email, no card needed. Free has usage that refills every five hours, then one extra hour on pearl-4-mini. After that you can wait for the next session or upgrade.

Can I try PRSXA without an account?

Yes. Type your question in the box at the top of this page (or open prsxa.com/chat) and ask up to 3 questions a day without an account, answered on pearl-4-mini (no web search, pictures, files or memory). When they are used, a card offers a free account, and once you sign up or sign in, that chat moves into your account by itself.

What happens when my free usage runs out?

When a session's free usage is used, PRSXA gives you one extra hour on pearl-4-mini so you can keep going. After that the chat shows the exact time your usage comes back, or you can upgrade to Plus.

What do I get with Plus, Pro and Max?

Plus gives you 5× the usage of Free on a stronger model, Research and Image modes, Memory of 1,000 notes (Free has 50), Projects with their own files, Automations, more and larger documents, more published pages and extra credits when you need them, plus Think deeper 10 times a day and 2 Deep Research reports a day. What is Think deeper, and does it cost more?

Think deeper makes PRSXA reason step by step before it answers, which helps with maths, logic, code and analysis, and you can open a summary of its thinking. Free has it 2 times a day, Plus 10 times a day, and Pro and Max without a daily limit. When you choose it, an answer uses a little more of the plan; when Auto decides a question needs it, the answer uses the normal amount. Think deeper runs on pearl-5-pro.

Can PRSXA make slides, spreadsheets and web pages?

Yes, on every plan. Ask for a presentation and you get real slides to present or download as PowerPoint or PDF. Ask for a budget or tracker and you get a spreadsheet with working formulas to edit and download as Excel. Websites, apps and designs open live in Pearl Canvas, and you can publish a site at a free https address: 3 sites on Free, 25 on Plus, 100 on Pro and 300 on Max, with your own domain on paid plans.

Can PRSXA show real photos and work with my pictures and documents?

Yes. Ask for photos of a place, person or thing and you see up to 6 real photos with who took them, never made-up pictures. You can send up to 4 pictures in one message and mark them up, scan paper pages into a PDF, and edit Word and Excel files with their formulas kept. Charts and pictures inside PDFs are read too.

Can I use my own domain for a site I publish?

Yes, on Plus (1 domain), Pro (5) and Max (20). In Publish, open the Domain tab, type your domain, and add the two records PRSXA shows where you bought the domain; there is step-by-step help for the common providers. PRSXA checks them and connects your domain with a secure https address for you, usually within an hour. Your free address keeps working, and you can change or remove the domain any time in Settings > Publishing.

Can I talk to PRSXA, or use it on WhatsApp?

Yes, on every plan. Voice mode is a spoken conversation: PRSXA answers out loud, shows the whole answer, and listens again; you can interrupt any time and show your camera or screen. You can also link your WhatsApp number in Settings > Connectors and chat with PRSXA there, with voice notes and pictures. Meeting notes, a live interpreter and questions about a video are in the + menu.

Does PRSXA remember me on the Free plan?

Yes. Memory is on every plan: Free remembers 50 notes about you, Plus 1,000, Pro 3,000 and Max 10,000. Notes are kept by topic (about you, work, people, projects, preferences, places), each answer uses the ones that matter, and nothing old is deleted: near the limit, related notes are merged, keeping every name, number and date. See, search, edit, pause or delete every note in Settings > Memory. PRSXA also finds your earlier chats by what they were about, even months back.

Will PRSXA give me a complete answer and code that works?

Yes. Big requests such as reports, plans and long documents are planned first, written in depth, continued by themselves if they run long so nothing is cut off, and checked that everything you asked for is there. In Code Studio, on every plan, PRSXA runs your app after every change, finds errors and fixes them, and says Works only when it really works. It makes up to 3 automatic rounds on Plus, Pro and Max, 1 on Free. Ask for the full code and you always get the whole file.

Can PRSXA work with my ads, my Facebook Page or my WhatsApp Business number?

Yes, on Plus, Pro and Max, in Settings > Connectors. PRSXA reads your Meta Ads and Google Ads results and gives advice, posts to your Facebook Page and Instagram, and answers your customers on your own WhatsApp Business number with a live inbox where you can take over any chat (1 number on Plus, 2 on Pro, 5 on Max). Nothing is changed or posted until you press Approve, and new ads always start paused. Connecting opens for every account as Meta and Google finish their reviews.

What are skills, and how many documents can I add at once?

Your own skills are part of Plus, Pro and Max (Plus 10, Pro 50, Max 200 skills): save instructions you use again and again, with up to 3 files such as a brand guide, in Settings > Your skills, then pick one with + > Use a skill or let PRSXA use it when your message matches. Documents in one message (every plan): Free 2, Plus, Pro and Max 5. Chat memory (every plan): about 60 messages of a chat on Free, 120 on Plus, 250 on Pro and 400 on Max.

Why can't I use a feature or a model?

Ask PRSXA. It checks your own plan, usage and settings at that moment and tells you the real reason, for example which plan includes that model, when your usage comes back, or that an app is not connected yet, and where to fix it.

Can I share things into PRSXA from my phone?

Yes, on Android and on computers with Chrome or Edge. Install the PRSXA app, then use Share in any other app and choose PRSXA: the text, link, picture or file lands in the message box, and nothing is sent until you press send. iPhones do not let web apps receive shares, so copy and paste there.

How do extra credits work?

Extra credits are for Plus, Pro and Max. They are used after a session’s usage and the extra hour run out (or before the extra hour, if you choose this in Settings > Usage), and they keep you on your plan’s own models. A message uses credits by how much work it needs: a short answer uses a few, a long document, research or a picture uses more, and each answer shows what it used. Packs of 500, 1,500 or 5,000 credits stay valid for 12 months from your latest purchase, and automatic top-up is optional. See credit packs.

Is there a private mode?

Yes. A Temporary chat (the button under New chat) is not kept in your chat list, is not used for or added to Memory, is never searched later and cannot be shared. It is deleted when you leave it. It works on every plan.

Which currency will I pay in?

Prices are shown in rupees (₹) or US dollars ($) depending on your billing country. Taxes are added where the law requires.

What are Apps, Agent mode and the Studios?

They are built into the chat on every plan. Apps (Alt+A) give you ready starting points such as a website, slide deck, logo or report. Agent mode (Alt+G) plans a bigger job in steps and runs them after you approve. Pearl Canvas shows websites, apps and designs live beside the chat, Code Studio (Alt+C) holds projects with many files, Data Studio opens CSV and Excel files, and PDF Studio (Alt+P) merges, splits, signs and fills in PDFs in your browser. Press Ctrl+K to find any of them.

Where can I see what I have left, and can PRSXA remind me to take breaks?

Yes. Open Settings > Usage (or the Usage button at the top of the chat) to see what is left in this session and this week, and when each one resets. Billing has your plan, card, extra credits, auto-reload and receipts. Time and focus sets break reminders and quiet hours, and Reflect shows how you use PRSXA over time. Only you can see it.

Can I stop tips and offers emails?

Yes. Switch off tips and offers in Settings, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of those emails. Sign-in codes, security alerts and payment emails are always sent.

Can I get a refund?

Paid plans are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Read the Subscriptions and Refunds policy.

I already use Pearl Client Workspace (PCW) or PEARL MARKETPLACE. Do I need a new account?

No. Sign in to PRSXA with the email and password you already use. Pearl Organisation has one account for all its products. PEARLians sign in with their ERP email and password.

Are my chats private?

Your chats are saved in your account so you can come back to them, and you can delete any chat at any time. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads. See our Privacy Policy.

Who makes PRSXA?

PRSXA is made by Pearl Organisation and runs on Pearl AI, the same technology businesses use through the Pearl AI API.

Can I build PRSXA into my own app?
