1. Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use PRSXA to:
- break any law, or plan, promote or help anyone else to break the law;
- create, share or seek any sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises, grooms or exploits children (we report this to the authorities);
- threaten, harass, bully, stalk or intimidate anyone, or encourage violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- get instructions or meaningful help to make or use weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear materials capable of mass harm;
- promote hatred or discrimination against people because of who they are;
- produce or trade illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, or facilitate human trafficking;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
2. Deception and misuse of people's information
- Don't use PRSXA for fraud, scams, phishing, fake reviews, fake documents or impersonating real people or organisations.
- Don't create misleading content about real people, or realistic fake images of real people without their consent.
- Don't run disinformation campaigns, or create content intended to mislead voters or interfere with elections.
- Don't present AI output as written by a human when people are entitled to know, for example in academic, legal or official submissions where AI use must be declared.
- Don't collect, track or profile people, or share their personal data, without a lawful basis; don't use PRSXA for surveillance or facial recognition.
3. Security and the integrity of the Service
- Don't create, improve or spread malware, ransomware or tools for breaking into systems, and don't use PRSXA to attack or probe any system without permission.
- Don't try to get around our limits, safety checks, allowances or payment, or to get the Service to reveal its hidden instructions or other people's information.
- Don't access the Service through bots, scripts or scrapers, overload it, or interfere with how it works.
- Don't copy, reverse engineer or extract our models, prompts or code, or use output to build a competing AI service.
- Don't share, sell or rent your account, or create several accounts to get more free messages.
4. High-risk decisions
Don't rely on PRSXA alone for decisions about people's health, safety, legal rights, employment, credit, insurance, housing or access to essential services. A qualified person must review any such decision.
5. Content you share
Only upload material you have the right to share. Don't upload other people's confidential information or sensitive personal data unless you are allowed to.
6. How we enforce this policy
- We use automatic safety checks and may review reported content.
- Depending on how serious the problem is, we may refuse a request, remove content, warn you, limit features, pause your account, or close it without a refund.
- We may report illegal content, especially content that harms children, to the authorities.
- If you think we made a mistake, write to support@pearlorganisation.com and a person will review it.
7. Reporting a problem
If you see PRSXA being misused, or receive output that seems harmful, please tell us at support@pearlorganisation.com with "Report" in the subject line.
